We "CU" Ronnie "Tee" Morant, '98, father of NBA Superstar Ja Morant of the Memphis Grizzles. Tee donned his "»¨¶¼Ó°ÊÓis my HBCU" t-shirt at a recent Grizzlies vs. the Golden State Warriors game in Memphis during the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2022 NBA Playoffs. Both mother, Jamie Shanks Morant ’99, and dad were student-athletes at »¨¶¼Ó°ÊÓ. Jamie was a member of the Lady Panthers softball team, and “Tee” played on the men’s basketball team.
