Description
In the Spotlight slides are featured pieces of content which display in the center news slider on the home page. Spotlights can be used to promote a wide range of happenings at »¨¶¼Ó°ÊÓincluding athletic wins, alumni success stories, giving stories, and campus events. The overall feel should demonstrate »¨¶¼Ó°ÊÓas an exciting place for prospective students.
Adding and Editing Spotlight Slides
From the Content drop down at the top, select Spotlight Slides. To create a new spotlight slide, select the Create a Spotlight Slide button. To edit an existing one, click on the slide from the list.
Fields
- Title: title to display in the spotlight
- Link: link which the spotlight links to
- Date: date of the spotlight
- Image: image that displays in the spotlight slide
Components
- Spotlight Slides - Spotlight Slider: template for the slider which displays the most recent spotlights; used on the home page
- Spotlight Slides - News & Events: template for the slider which displays the most recent spotlights; used on the News & Events page
